Updated the deck, a bit more high roll due to e-switch but can be replaced with a second copycat. Electric generators can help a lot if going second without having to retreat or if you don't want your pichus to be one shot by a baby killer. They can also (tho extremely rarely) help mega medicham hit for 100 going first on second turn. The e switch can help for quick pivots to use mega medicham or if you want to spread your energy around to keep specific energies on the bench.

Made this deck to deal with sleep altaria in master rank and survive vs the rest of the meta. The deck does not need grafaiai's effect to be effective against sleep since it deals weakness into espeon and one shots igglybuff, but it can also one shot espeon if it has it. I added two different types of babies to increase the consistency for the effect. Mega medicham is just a slower mega lucario that ignores oricorio and can be ramped on to but is mostly there to finish games & some times sweep.
Get Xatu in the Active slot with Barb on it. Once your opponent attacks Xatu and gets poisoned (If not you have Grafaiai and WIll as an alternative) Hit them with Life Drain to get them at 10hp then let the poion KO them. Complete Troll deck don't expect it to work much.
My updated decklist for the reinvented way of playing Mega Rayquaza! With the support of Ho-Oh EX, Entei EX’s draw power and Fire Type’s ability to generate fast energy, Rayquaza rises from the ashes into power as it was always intended! Switched out A2b Charmander for A1 Charmander to KO baby PKMN. Switched 1 Juggler for Copycat. Rocky Helmet & Repel for an extra Copycat & Pokéball for consistency.
UPDATE (changed Leaf): Using Lyra instead doesn't count as a retreat (like Revavroom) Set up Tinkaton with Orthworm, then you can use Gigaton Hammer multiple turns in a row by switching Tinkaton in and out of the active spot by using a combination of : - Retreat with Big Air Balloon, or by having 5+ energy on Tinkaton - Use Revavroom ability or Lyra to switch again - Use Lyra or Vroom first then retreat with another Pokemon with enough energy Lyra can also put Orthworm out of the active spot.
Amass with Melmetal by using Memory Light. Next turn Elesa your Tool for a better one. If your opponent had any Tools after using Elesa, Red Card them. Kids Room whichever Melmetal your not using or Meltan then Pokéball to get it back. Steel Apron for all the status conditions. Red OHKO’s Mega Altaria.

An update on a previously published deck. Meowth works very well alongside Garchomp countering the weaknesses of Garchomp (Sabrina) while drawing cards or stopping attacks (sometimes). Dragonair helps energy management while also helping against energy disruption. Full set of Professors Research and Copycat for consistency and 1 Cynthia to get over the hump on bigger threats
