This is not a perfect deck but I think its a good start. I've tried a 15 trainer style and felt like I brick to much on the pupitar by not finding in or it being to slow. So the Eevee/Umbreon helps find the time to set up and find your pieces.

You want to get a teddy in the active and only put 2 energy on it unless you need to get to 4 for some reason. Set up one celebi on the bench with hopefully Ogerpon and a second teddy. Put the capes on the teddys, the poncho on the celebi and the small balloon on whatever you need out of the active. Evolve the teddys all the way to stage 2 but only hit raging claws. If all goes well you can hit for 210 with your teddys after fully set up.
