*Updated* Pure current ranked build. Clear veil to battle status conditions & rocky helmet otherwise. Poncho for Ray. Just fire energy for flame patch consistency so it's essential to get rainbow cave out early. No retreat tool as Rays 1 energy retreat only feeds flame patch. If ho oh accelerates only to Ray, you'll always leave the water energy for retreat later on. There is no answer for pom pom oricorio but I find I haven't ran into it much on this current ranked ladder. Could add Minior
Use Ho-Oh as your main attacker. Ideally your getting your rainbow cave and flame patch early and are able to start loading up another Ho-Oh or Mega Rayquaza with energy. Minior is here for Pom Pom Oricorio, if you find your not running into it much, could replace with another small balloon for consistency. Juggler is a nice surprise win condition. I don't use it often but when you have to it is a strong finisher and opponents don't see it coming. Original idea on YouTube from ScytheApollo
