An updated Whimsicott ex. This deck is still a non meta deck even with the mini upgrade but its fun. Positives: -It can hit for higher damage. Thanks to Team rockets goo -zooka adding more retreat cost to there pokemon. Negatives: -Slow to charge up whimsicott ex at times if x-speed doesn't show up quickly and another basic is in the active spot. -The basic hp is still bad and pokemon currently hit too quick with high damage. Leaf cape can help a bit if you draw it.
Whimsicott is (in my opinion) a somewhat underrated attacking option, hitting most things (with 2 Ariados in play) for 130 damage. Low hp and heavy reliance on getting your whole board state early are downsides of this archetype however.
