Boltund is an aggressive early game attacker, simultaneously acting as an Oricorio counter. Wally allows Ampharos to attack for 2 energy, meaning on your 3rd attacking turn you can have it all ready to go. X Speed allows you to retreat Boltund for 1 energy. You can definitely stall games going 2 Boltund then a Mega Ampharos, as Boltund is somewhat tanky for a 1 point stage 1. Maybe replace a Copycat with a May for added consistency if you brick often.
Boltund is an aggressive attacking option which allows you to chip down your opponent's pokemon, then finish the game off with a Heliolisk + Clemont's Backpack's Thunderbolt, dealing up to 170 Damage.
