Use Steel, Psychic, and Grass Energy (or whatever is the least common type). If you start with Raticate Ex, use Juggler to move all your Energy onto Kangaskhan. Giovanni and Red for extra damage, Ilima to remove damage or reuse Raticate Ex (you might be able to juggle all your Energy back to Kangaskhan after), and Serena to find your Kangaskhan. As long as you don't run into Oricorio, this deck is a lot of fun.
