i noticed a lot of the wailord decks out there focus on keeping it healthy through heal spamming. this is an alternate deck that instead focuses on capitalizing on wailords tankiness and massive hp pool by pumping it with copious amounts of water energy so it can attack more often. after all the mediocre damage is a small price to pay for having 250 base hp.
