Primarina EX will be able to heal a total of 70 HP each turn, meaning that (assuming it doesn't get 1 shot), it can survive for around 3 attacking turns. Non-EX Primarina can work as an Oricorio counter, but not against decks focused exclusively on Oricorio (Oricorio / Indeedee EX, for example).
