Solgaleo is one of those pokemon where everyone seems keen to 'solve' a meta/fringe meta viable list for, so here's my take at it. I think Aegislash is a super underrated card in general, allowing Solgaleo to hit 150 (and Klefki for 40, which is kinda funny). This deck plays no sleep counterplay because ideally, you can just rising road whatever's asleep. I've tried the same list with Chingling in place of Klefki, but I'm not sure as to which one is better.
