I made this deck out of curiosity to see if early energy lock could be an effective strategy at winning games and it turns out it was pretty strong! This deck struggles with Oricorio but could easily be edited with either non-EX Milotic or Alolan Ninetails instead of Sightseer. Idea is to get your Vulpix into the active and Feebas on the bench so whether you go first or second, but any start proves to be pretty effective considering how quickly Milo can start attacking. Enjoy!
Small sample size by 7-3 so far losing to Sharpedo Suicuine, Magnezone, and Mega Lucario.
