A Lock-Out deck designed to steal energy from the opponent and then prevent them from attaching any further energy. Doesn't hit hard, but it's nasty, especially when you use Ilima to return Rocket's Raticate to hand and steal more energy.
You try to play any energy I will not allow it. Ninetales no energy placement on your active. Raticate I will steal that away from you. Crawdaunt going in to get rid of it.
Honestly , i do realise most people already know about this deck but honestly, none of the decklists of this archetype managed to be as consistent as this one in my testing. Basically, you just kinda treat your rattata's as magneton in a sense that you run Lisia to get them both out ASAP (honestly kinda shocked people dont run lisia in raticate decks!) and sightseer which mathematically should get you a stage 1 80% of the time with a 14 card deck.
