This is my version of a blastoise deck You try to stall or set up ko's with cramorant, You use wally to get your blastoise online after 2 energy You can switch lucky ice pop or wally for Lilly if you want longevity over consistency Love blastoise

Completely disregard the effect of Mega Blastoise's attack, and play it instead as a 2 energy attacker (provided you Wally it immediately after you evolve) You could replace Castform with a Furfrou of your choice if you'd like.
