The decklist is good but it even better because it isn't standard ! 2 KORRINA 1 SABRINA Funny enough, playing no counter to sleep is the counter, your opponent will assume you have pcl in hand and will give you then win of sabrina xD. 70 hp riolu should be mandatory because there rarely is a usecase for the 60 hp riolu 1 energy attack, assuming you want to win . Also the attack of 70 hp riolu helps against oricorio . As I write this, I reached top 40 :D

Celebi really comes in handy to allow energy freedom, letting Lucario attack for one energy. Start with Riolu, and if Celebi is on the board you can attack and move energy around. Or it can give Lopunny a solid attack if you don’t want to risk the coin flip. That 20 power pound combined with Lucario, Korina and the arena gives Lopunny a guaranteed 90 attack. Defense cards would be nice, but this deck is all out attack. SS could be good instead of 2 CC maybe

This is a very fun agro deck that I used to get to top 1k hitmonchan is your main lead but use Bo sky against hoopa and other lucario using hitmontop Giovanni helps hitmonchan get surprise kos and baby lucario helps you ohko bulky stage 2 Pokemon such as fire chicken and sceptile overall a fun and consistent list that I would highly recommend
