h/t to LynxDDragon who published a version of this. I adapted it with some minor changes. The goal is to stall with Meowth, build up to your Garchomp while getting some Cynthia's in your hand, then start chomping. X-Speed for movement as you setup. Downside is that there's no opponent control, you play what they put in front of you. BUT Memory Light will activate Mach Stealth, so sniping a baby on the bench with Gabite's attack will give you the shield. Cape has saved me a few times. CHOMP!
