Probably posted something similar before, but I’ve been having a lot of fun with this pure Team Rocket deck. Still a WIP, especially the ratios. Going first, you ideally want Magmar or Rattata active with Koffing on the bench. By Turn 3, Raticate can steal while Weezing applies Burn + Poison for 100 damage to the Active. Magmar can hit 110 + 30 from Burn/Poison. Considering replacing Lisia with Thieving Machine or TRMP.
